The first and most important aspect of optimizing your Google Places Page is the business listing, which includes the business name, business address, phone number and URL. Your business information should be identical across all other online business directories for optimal SEO results.

Businesses can also pick 10-15 keyword phrases to associate with their business. Google will punish businesses that include over 15 keywords, so be careful.
