These promoted videos come with a wide variety of targeting options and charge the advertisers on a cost per view pricing plan. This means that the only time you will pay is when a users clicks the play button on the video image.  Promoted videos will allow brands to create compelling tweets that are inviting to the users who follow your brand, communicate valuable content whether educations, funny, or emotional, and spark real time conversations on Twitter. LinkedIn Updates Search

LinkedIn recently added some changes to search. These changes are to provide an easier user experience on the platform. Here’s what to look for. Often users know what they are searching for before starting their search, but with the new updates, now when users are looking to find out a new person they just met in a meeting but cannot remember their name spelling, LinkedIn will show you results based on connections, campaigns and groups you may share with that person. Beyond the connections you already have, sometimes users want to find people outside of those connections and LinkedIn understands the meaningfulness of networking by updating search to allow users to find people outside of their connections. Also, by using the users information provided, LinkedIn now filters your search results based on specifically tailored needs. Lastly, LinkedIn wants to keep its users informed. With each search, LinkedIn will show you relevant content to what you were searching for. Source
