I wrote a blog post on my personal page several months ago about the importance of culture in the sustainable success within your company. \u00a0I thought it was worth sharing, especially for those who have been to our offices, who have interacted with our team, who have said “how’d they do that?” or “I want to be a part of their team!”<\/p>\n

I touch on different changes we have made, lessons we have learned, and what makes Response Marketing a great place to work. Eliminating crappy attitudes, creating a cool space, inspiring your team, being inclusive with with employees and sharing knowledge throughout the team create a great company culture.<\/p>\n
