

And the Award goes to…Response Marketing, for their “power to provoke” innovative retail displays! At Response, our team works hard to make sure our clients receive our best work. We aim to get our clients the awareness they deserve while boosting other aspects of their marketing as well. Of course, it’s great when there is recognition for the hard work we do here. It reinforces our strong work ethic, and builds our team’s morale.
Recently, we won two OMA awards. The OMA award (POPAI’s Outstanding Marketing at Retail Achievement) is a prestigious award which recognizes creative and innovative work for in-store retail displays. Companies have been competing for gold, silver, and bronze awards for over 50 years in categories such as beverages, books, computers, cosmetics, entertainment, health care, and many more. The judges, who include producers, brand marketers, and retailers, go through two rounds of judging; online first and in person second. The display is critiqued on its ability to increase sales, obtain retail placements, and position the brand properly at the point of sale.
We won two out of the three entries that were submitted into the Computer category. The silver award went to the Logitech N700 Lapdesk Interactive Endcap Display(picture; left) and the bronze award went to the Logitech Canadian Holiday Webcam Shipper(picture; right). Darko, Inc., a leader in the development of P.O.P displays, manufactured the Lapdesk Endcap display, and Rapid Displays, a leader as well in the P.O.P industry, manufactured the Holiday Webcam Shipper, while Response provided the creative for both.
Given the fact that this is the first time we have submitted entries for the OMA award, we are thankful to be rewarded for the extensive work our team has put into this. Here at Response, we will continue to utilize our “power” sources in account and creative services to bring our clients further success.
