Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza opened their first location in Gainesville Florida in 2009. When they came to us in 2023, they had grown to 11 locations across central and north Florida with plans to get to 30 by 2030. They had the food and operations sides of the business nailed—so two legs of the growth platform were in place. The missing piece was strong branding and marketing. We jumped in to bring clarity to the brand, and consistency and power to their marketing.

Brand Guidelines We developed Piesanos’ brand guidelines, where we outlined a brand new mission, vision, values, messaging, and visual elements to remain consistent across all platforms.
We performed an audit to pinpoint areas for enhancement and optimization. We then updated each website section accordingly.
We wrote, storyboarded, produced, shot, and edited a :30 second commercial that embodied the fresh presentation, unique cooking techniques, and warm atmosphere of the restaurant.
We worked with PR partners to promote openings for new locations and spread the word across local markets.
Support behind the Bradenton and Tallahassee openings garnered enough earned media impressions that the campaigns paid for themselves.
We created an email campaign with compelling content, targeted messaging, and strategic timing for maximum engagement and impact.
We produced dozens of scroll-stopping social posts taken from a custom photo shoot and worked with local influencers to share the love of Piesanos across social media.
The :30 TV commercial script was adapted to radio that appeared locally across key regions in Florida.
