Klout Now Recommends Shareable Articles

Klout has made some changes to better serve the user and to help reach a wider audience with content. Klout’s redesign now recommends shareable articles that are likely to resonate better with your network. They have added a “Create tab” that helps find shareable articles that will resonate within your networks. Klout recommends content that your audience on social will understand because they understand topical interests and cross-network behavior. Klout provides unique content streams specific to the users’ topical interests with personalized tags giving insight to the article.  Klout also organically streams content from social media and a list of RSS feeds from different publishers. Twitter’s Interactive Olympic Infographic

Twitter has created an interactive infographic displaying all Olympic related tweet activity by country. It shows the all of the tweets over the past 24 hours mentioning the Olympics in eight different languages. Check it out! Pretty awesome! Source

Pinterest Improves Niche Content Discovery with Interests Feature

Interests allow users to discover pins based on niche interests unlike before when pins were organized in broad categories.  With this new feature, it’s important to make sure images are visually striking and keywords are relevant to the image in the descriptions. Adding Rich Pins to your interests will help to display any extra information about the pin which will help determine where the pin belongs within different interests. Source
