Vine introduces Loop Counts

With the introduction of Loop Counts, users can now see how popular and interesting a video may be based on how many people watch a Vine loop. Vine loops are updated in real time, so as you watch a video, you will know if others are watching it to because the count will change as viewers watch the video.  A few additional updates have also been made to Vine.  The home feed was redesigned to give viewers a bigger edge-to-edge video and a cleaner view of likes and comments.  Along with revamping the Activity feed for easier user engagement, giving a clear separation between new and older activity, and receiving milestone notifications.  Source

Facebook introduces Multi-Product Ads and Enhanced Custom Audiences

Facebook wants to continue helping businesses drive conversions to their website from Facebook ads. They have announced two new enhancements for remarketing on Facebook: Multi-Product Ads and Enhanced Custom Audiences.

With the introduction of Multi-Product Ads, businesses with be able to showcase three products within a single ad unit for desktop and mobile. Each product will have its own image, description and click target.  If a business is trying to reach people that have browsed their site without making a purchase, they can combine multi-product ad units with custom audiences from their website to produce a carousel of items to target specific audiences within their News Feed. Multi-product ads are available around the world via Facebook ads API.

Facebook has rolled out several enhancements to Custom Audiences allowing advertisers to reach people faster and create more distinct audiences.  These new updates include; creating audiences for people that have not visited your website in awhile or only visit certain pages of your site, building highly target segments for products, and automatically building audiences based on past activity history on the site.  Source
